
I found this recipe for Two-Colored Squash Loaf Cake, which is sort of like zucchini bread, and made it this weekend. My friends loved it (or else they just love me and were faking it), so I thought I'd post it here in case anyone else wants to try it. Please note: I used extra vanilla, left out the pistachios (only because I couldn't find any unsalted ones), and used 3/4 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar instead of 1 1/4 cup white sugar.
